ITESIL receives the Brugal Cree en su Gente Award for its educational work

March 24, Dajabón: The San Ignacio de Loyola Technological Institute (ITESIL) was recognized with the Brugal Believe in Your People Award in the Dominican Republic. 

The award, which it shares with the Dominican Foundation for Marine Studies (Fundemar), recognizes the efforts of both institutions in two key areas for the sustainable development of the Dominican Republic: environment and education. ITESIL was honored for its Technical Education, Entrepreneurship, and Sustainability for the Productive Transformation of Coffee and Cacao in the Northern Border Region program. 

The Brugal Cree en su Gente Awards recognize non-profit organizations that serve as agents of social change. They recognize solidarity and social commitment in the Dominican Republic.
