Taller Cardoner: Experience at the Santísima Trinidad University Parish (PUST)

Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic: From May 15th to 17th, the Cardoner Workshop took place, an experience of reflection and discernment inspired by the life and spirituality of Ignatius of Loyola. The event was organized by the Ignatian Spirituality Council of the Santísima Trinidad University Parish and held in one of the parish's halls.

It was attended by 10 people, accompanied by Fr. Francisco Escolástico, SJ and Fr. Eduardo Llorens, SJ, who guided attendees through spaces of prayer, silence, conversation, and spiritual accompaniment.

Throughout the weekend, participants delved into the autobiography of St. Ignatius and the experience of the Cardoner as a path to recognize God's movement in their own lives. Each moment allowed for a deeper look at personal history with greater interior freedom and gratitude.

The workshop helped participants discover how, even in the midst of life's difficulties and most complex moments, God continues to guide, sustain, and bless each person's path. For many attendees, it was a profoundly moving and transformative experience, allowing them to recognize God's loving presence at work in their lives with greater clarity.

More than a training space, the Cardoner Workshop became an experience of inner encounter, spiritual renewal, and hope, leaving participants with the desire to continue walking with greater awareness, freedom, and openness to the mission.
